It takes time for me to find what best for my Xperia X10 Mini Pro to find the best offline GPS map. I lived in Indonesia, so before the upgrade of my X10 – used to be android donut version of 1.6 – I used the Sygic offline GPS map. After the latest upgrade – to Android éclair version of 2.1 – they erased all my program. From then on, I am eager to try the new one, NDrive. NDrive is a good application to be installed on your android. X10 Mini Pro has the limited screen, 2.55 inch, so I should carefully find a good program to be installed in. NDrive and Sygic fit best on this phone. I will show you how to install NDrive(Cracked with Indonesian maps) in this post.
Installation manual :
1. Install NDrive from your android market – about 3Mb of files
2. Download NDrive Indonesian Maps and place it on your SD Card ( SDCard – NDrive – Maps) : Indonesian Maps 2010
- Unzip the files and move the unzipped files to your SD Card path : NDrive – Maps
3. Uninstall your NDrive
4. Install again NDrive from this link : NDrive 10
5. Download the Indonesian voice navigation : IndonesianVoice (Password : Guntur)
- Unzip the files and move the unzipped files to your SD Card path : NDrive – Voice
When you finished installing with this instruction, you can open the NDrive application on your phone, and NDrive needs to download their application about 34Mb of files more. It’s okay to download, and after the download finished, you can enjoy your NDrive application. Make sure that when you open your Android Market, if there is an instruction to update your NDrive, DO NOT INSTALL / UPDATE. If you Update, your NDrive application will not be usable anymore.

Ini aplikasi GPS Offline mba. Jadi tanpa ada koneksi internet bisa melakukan routing. Fast n reliable. Try it, recommended.

Kalo officialnya sih dia simpen ke internal memory, kalo mau modifikasi sih bisa saja. Kita harus install apps2sd namanya. Tapi menginstall ini bisa berakibatt hape kita ‘bricked’ atau hang. Karena cara yg digunakan extreme. Kapan2 saya akan buat artikel mengenai apps2sd. CMIIW

- apakah bs digunakan sbg modem connect to pc / laptop? udah saya coba masukin dial-up, username & password sesuai ptunjuk provider tp kok tetep gagal, hiks.. :’(
- saya adl pengguna internet banking, tp dr e10 tdk bs running karena tdk support java, apakah bs didownload dr android market / yg lain?

Untuk menggunakan device ini sebagai modem, mungkin bisa dengan mengubahnya menjadi wireless router. Syaratnya X10 mini pro anda harus sudah versi 2.1 alias eclair dan di root. Maaf linknya broken. Saya sudah update baru ke 4shared. Disarankan sih download n save file ndrive.apk lgsg di hape, sehingga bisa langsung install. Selamat mencoba

I’d installed Ndrive follow this blog guide and worked so far.
Q. I downloaded map of Singapore and Brunei as well. And they appeared with locked icon in the map section as they are trail version. I still can use them though. Will they expired after 7 days even with this Ndrive installed from above link.

I believe the expire thing is the program of NDrive itself. The maps should not be expired. But you should make sure that after innstalling the ndrive n follow my instructions, you should never update the ndrive from android market. CMIIW

ane dah coba install.. detect signal gps nya koq lama banget ya? normalnya berapa menit??
ini dah 15 menit lebih koq ‘waiting for valid gps signal’ terus ya??
ada solusi??
Kondisinya harus seperti ini :
1. Signal gps harus diluar ruangan, intinya dia harus dapet clear sky view
2. usahakan ketika lock signal, kita diam sejenak. Biasanya sih sekitar 5 menitan baru lock.
